The house sits in a quiet residential pocket of Daytona Beach Shores, between the ocean and the Halifax River. Inside, it's thoughtfully updated with bright coastal interiors, an open kitchen and living area, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs.
Out back there's a fenced yard and a private hot tub for after a day on the sand. Out front, the sunset view across the water is the reason for the name.

Winter is reserved for snowbirds. Shorter stays are welcome the rest of the year.
A quiet neighborhood
Best for families, couples, and snowbirds looking for a relaxed stay. No parties or events. The primary guest must be 28 or older.
Small dogs considered
Dogs under 20 lbs may be welcome with the owners' approval. Ask before you book.
Driveway parking only
All vehicles need to fit in the driveway or garage. Overnight street parking isn't allowed.
